You have to press the volume down not both volume buttons. If the volume down does not work you will then have to visit your local phone repair shop for service.

Go to Settings.
Scroll down to Date and time.
Turn off "Automatic date and time" then manually set date and time.
When done turn on automatic date and time .
Turn on data connections and restart your phone by pressing the power button for 10 seconds.

That is not so simple to tell, go to google play store and type OTG on the search bar and download an app called "OTG helper" or the one called 'USB OTG Checker' for information on the Vivo support for OTG, some Android phones does not support OTG out of box but does support once rooted.

Hi Vonna. Parse Error I suppose you mean. Below are remedies you are to try.

Open you Settings app > tap Apps > swipe to the All tab > then tap Play App > tap Clear data > tap OK... restart the phone. The again tap Settings app > tap Apps > swipe to the All tab > then tap Download Manager > tap Clear data > tap OK... and restart the AG Chrome Vibe again. Then retry downloading something and observe. Let us know if the issue persists by commenting below and we will gladly try and assist further.
Alternatively, if you do not mind loosing all user data and apps, then tap Settings > Backup & Restore > Factory data reset > Reset phone > enter PIN/Password or draw pattern if any...

Hi. Sorry for the delayed reply. If this is persisting even after or following a factory reset, then you may be having a corrupt system app file. Please download the Whatsapp.apk file from here http://www.techspot.com/downloads/downloadnow/5748/?evp=3a2f8bb702a211b7b305cee4493ad351&file=1 from a friend's phone (or computer) and then send it to the AG Chrome Vibe via Bluetooth or USB and then try and install it and observe.
