Answered: hi we bought the tablet in december 2015 in february the device was not charging up well-what might be the problem.

Hi. The Mobicel Cherry tablet model has been prone to premature failures looking at the number of reports we received. The easiest way out is to take it back to your retailer seen it is still under the 1 year warranty. You will need the receipt or warranty card for this however. Otherwise, you will need to turn it to your local repairs shop.
