HI'

1. Turn it off or remove the battery if frozen
2. Press and hold the Volume button plus the Power button at the same time
3. Release both buttons when you see the Recovery mode
4. Use the volume buttons scroll through the recovery manu and use the power key to confirm selection
5. Scroll down to 'Wipe data/factory reset' and press the power button
6. Scroll down to 'Yes---delete all use data'.
7. Wait until you see complete.
8. Scroll up to Reboot now and press the power button.
