Answered: ZTE Switch X1 firmware, ROM or flash file download

Hey Chang. The firmware for the ZTE Switch X1 is available here: http://roms.satechhelp.co.za/product/zte-switch-x1-firmwarerom/ It is an SD card Update.zip format and you should be able to conveniently load it from recovery mode in the following way:

Steps (Charge the battery for 30min or so first):

1. Download > extract and copy update.zip file into the root directory of your SD card and insert it onto the ZTE Switch X2.
2. Please hold Volume up key and Power Key simultaneously.
3. The mobile phone enters into recovery mode, as picture 1-10 shown below.
4. Press Volume down key to choose “apply update from sdcard”. Press Power Key to enter sub menu. Press Volume down key to choose “update.zip”. Press Power Key to start upgrade.
5. The update will be finished after a while.
6. The system of mobile phone returns to the screen automatically as picture 1-10 shown.
7. Press Power Key to reboot system.
