Answered: how to resset my mobicel ONYX

Hello

1. Turn off your mobicel onyx.
2. Press and hold the Volume key + the Power key.
3. Release both buttons as soon as the turns on.
4. Press the Volume up at once to enter the Recover mode.
5. If it takes you to a no command screen' then just tab the Power button at once.
6. In the Recover mode use the Volume keys to navigate and the Power key to confirm your selection.
7. Using the Volume down key' Scroll to 'Wipe data/ factory restore'.
8. Tab the Power key to confirm.
9. Scroll to 'Yes---delete all user data'.
10. Again, confirm with the Power button.
11. Wait until you see Wiping complete.
12. Short press the Power button to 'Reboot now'.
    Done!!!.
