Answered: Mobicel venus not charging

Hi. Assuming you have already tried a few other chargers

1. Clean both the battery and phone power contacts with a pencil eraser
2. Try a universal charger to be sure it is not a failed charging circuit on the phone (e.g. a failed micro USB port)
3. Also try a different battery if a compatible replacement is available at your local phone accessory shops.

Please reply with a bit more details on your issue for a more narrowed advise as to what your options are.
