1. Enable Data connections: Settings> More> Mobile networks> Data connection and select the SIM card with internet data bundles.
2. Select 3G Service for that SIM card with internet data bundles: Settings> More> Mobile networks> 3G Service> Select the same SIM card in step 1.
3. Reboot your tablet.
