Hi. You need to create a Microsoft Account through you internet browser:

1. Follow step one and two here: http://satechhelp.co.za/4873/Im-Nokia-Lumia-520-Creating-Microsoft-Account
2. Then download the Skype application from Google Play and login with your newly created MicroSoft account details.
