Hello' Possible options for a fix below

1. Restart your tablet
2. Clear Cache: Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds or press the reset button using a paper clip.
3. Turn of your tablet remove SD card and then turn it on without it.
4. Remove screen protector, case or any other related.
5. Back up and reset your tablet
