Hey Hope, try wiping the device's cache partition. To do this, follow the steps here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/1214/Hard-Reset-Vodafone-Smart-Tab-3g with one exception. That is on step 5, instead of 'Wipe data...' choose 'Wipe cache partition'  Let us know if the issue persist after the reboot. A hard reset may be necessary. If that fails, you could try loading a fresh copy of the device's firmware. If the issue still persist, then the tablet will require electronic service.
