Answered: The camera of my mobicel vivo is upside down and doesnt seem to be able to switch to the back camera.

1. Go to settings
2. Apps
3. Navigate to 'All' tab
4. Scroll  to camera and touch it
5. Touch clear Cache and Data
6. Touch launch and observe.
