Answered: How to update BlackBerry Z10

Hey Junior, you can do this in one of three ways.

1. Via OTA - You can update your BlackBerry smartphone OTA (Over-the-air) without connecting to computer. To get started, on the Home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap  Settings> SoftwareUpdates. Tap Check for Updates.
2. Via 'Link' - If a new version of the device software is available for your BlackBerry device, it will be listed in the Settings view in BlackBerry® Link on your computer. From there, simply click Install Update to update your software.
3. Or using a downloaded Auto-Loader firmware pack. This is ideal if your Z10 can no longer boot properly or if you have a poorish network connection.
