Answered: reset samsung S6 when vodacom protect was blocked

Hello.

1. Go Settings.
2. Tap Backup & reset and then Reset device.
3. Tap Erase everything

If you cant access the phone's settings then follow the instructions below.

1. Turn off your Galaxy S6
2. Press and hold together the Volume Up + Home + Power button.
3. Release all buttons when you see Samsung logo.
4. Then select  "wipe data / factory reset" using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm.
5. Choose "Yes -- delete all user data".
6. Select "reboot system now". when reset is complete.
