You must be trying to flash your Mobicel cherry with an unspecified path.
Please make sure that the scatter file is in the same folder as the other files to be flashed
Uncheck any other item whose file you do not have or whose path that is not specified for flashing
Please remember to uncheck pre-loader unless you know what you are doing.
