Hi. If this is a:
- SIM card PIN (only requested when you have a your SIM card installed) - enter it incorrectly 3 times > then call your carrier's Customer Support number to avail the PUK
- A screen lock PIN (request even when the phone has no SIM card installed) - You will need to hard reset your phone. To be able to assist with this, we will need your phone's model number/name as seen under the battery on a white sticker
