Hello. Bellow the Bell ringtones list there a button "Add" touch the button and navigate to the MP3 song you want to use as a ringtone and touch done. If that does not help then you will have to open your music media player and set your favorite MP3 song as a ringtone' From Home > Manu > Music > Navigate to the song you want to use as a ringtone > Touch hold the MP3 song and then touch "Use as ringtone" from the pop up.
