Answered: how to reset ConeXis A1

Hi.

1. Turn your FNB Conexis A1 device off
2. Press and hold Volume down until you see the FNB logo - release both keys at that logo screen
3. You soon see the Android Robot (bot) - quickly hold down both both Power and Volume up until the Recovery menu appears.
4. You will then use the 'Wipe data/ factory reset' option to initiate the reset - you will be required to select 'Yes --- delete all userdata'

Tip, you use Volume keys to scroll through the Recovery menu and the Power key to confirm your selection from the menu.
