This can be fixed by clearing cache. Launch Settings > Apps > swipe to All tab > scroll to and tap Phone > tap Clear cache > confirm... Reboot the Mobicel Onyx. Then retry using the phone app to check your balance and observe. Let us know if the issue persist.
