Vodafone Tab 10 Hard reset

I have hard reseted my Vodacom Power Tab 10 and after it was done it has a voice of menu and actions identifications. After choosing my regional language settings it instructs me to insert my sim, after that it searches for wifi connections, with a skip button de-activated, as soon as it locates and connects to the wifi it activates a next button and shows a message as "Could not connect to the internet" with an OK button activated, once I click on the button and next button it repeats the same action over and over without moving to the next page.
