Dowload free dunns mobile update and save to sd

I have a Dunns Mobile tablet 703GDC and There is an application on the screen that does not want to go away want me to swipe on time to unlock but does not respond and this application is restricting me from accessing the main menus and other functions. I once downloaded the same softawre to the sd and still the same problem persists.

I want to step to it, its pissing me off. Any Solution?
