Well, start off by downloading and installing a Google Play Store app called 'Contacts+' and see if you will not be able to access your contacts from thereon. If you have a backup of the contacts on you SIM and you still cannot access any via the 'Contacts+' app, then you could simple nav to Settings > Apps > Contacts > Clear data - that should get the Contacts app working but it will delete all contacts stored onto it. Otherwise, try clearing Cache instead on data and restart your AG Chrome Swift and retry launching the app and observe.
