Answered: is it possible to upgade mobicel scarlet from jellybean 4.2.2 to like kitkat 4.4

Hi. Custom ROMs/firmware (and Custom recovery) files for Mobicel devices are scarce. Try looking under Settings > About phone > Software Updates > Check for updates... if Mobicel has provisioned 4.4 updates, then you should be able to pick them up there. Otherwise, it will be a no no :(
