Answered: I Tried The Volume Up & Down Thing it Appears Then I Choose Recovery Mode Then It Switch Off

Connect your phone to a charger for at least 5 minutes.
After 5min' try again while still on a charger. If still does the same thing then it means the phone's firmware is corrupted.
