Hi Vonna. Parse Error I suppose you mean. Below are remedies you are to try.
- Open you Settings app > tap Apps > swipe to the All tab > then tap Play App > tap Clear data > tap OK... restart the phone. The again tap Settings app > tap Apps > swipe to the All tab > then tap Download Manager > tap Clear data > tap OK... and restart the AG Chrome Vibe again. Then retry downloading something and observe. Let us know if the issue persists by commenting below and we will gladly try and assist further.
- Alternatively, if you do not mind loosing all user data and apps, then tap Settings > Backup & Restore > Factory data reset > Reset phone > enter PIN/Password or draw pattern if any...
