- Please note that it may take up to a few seconds to boot following a reset
- Try resetting it and observe
- Depending of the reason why you reset it in the first place, you issue may be owing to a corrupted firmware file requiring a software reload. With which we will need you to resubmit including your AG Mobile device's complete model number as seen on the white sticker under the battery.
- In the extreme, the issue may be emanating from an electronic failure which will require professional service.
