Hi. Ladi. There is a good chance that this is a battery problem if the behavior is as described. Ensure the battery contacts are free from dirt or debris. If all else fails, then you may need to replace the battery. Do be sure to try on the replacement battery prior to paying for it though. If you are still under warranty (meaning the AG Chacer is under a year old) then you may be able to avail a free service by going via your retailer or by contacting AG Mobile's Customer Service center directly.
