Hello, William' Please press and hold the Power button together with the Volume down button until you hear a shutter sound. If that does not work go to google play and download a screenshot app (Type "screenshot" on the search bar on google play store and it should come first in the search results). If the app does not work it means your phone does not support screenshot. You will comment below for further assistance.
