Hello

1. Turn off your Mobicel R9 smartphone.
2. Press and hold both Volume up and the Power button until it turns on
3. Scroll to 'Wipe data/ factory restore' (scroll with Volume Down)
4. Confirm selection with the Power button
5. Scroll to 'Yes---delete all user data'
6. Again, confirm with the Power button
7. Wait until you see Wiping complete
8. Short press the Power button to 'Reboot now'.

1. Turn off your Mobicel V1/V2/Switch

Two reasons

1 Your phone running out of internal storage.

2 if you did not remove the SD card theny ou might have deleted the thumbnail folder

You have to press and hold the power key and the volume down at the same time. Hold these two keys for 1-3 seconds or until you hear a shutter sound.

1. Connect your phone to your computer via USB cable.
2. Open  the notification bar.
3. Touch USB for file transfer.
4. Choose Transfer files (MTP) from the pop up box

Please try this.

Get a paper clip or any thing related and use it to press the reset button.  Press the reset for 2 seconds and the connect to a charger,  press the reset button again,  never press the Power button let the the tab charge for 5 minutes before you can turn it on. If this does not help then it means you have flashed your tab with a wrong firmware and so the tab is breaker.
