- Turn on your VFD100 smart kicka VE with or without a SIM card
- If without a SIM card touch Skip
- On the next screen' Connect your VFD100 to a Wi-Fi network and touch next.
- Next screen is "Verifying your account" tab where you supposed to type your email address to bring up the keyboard.
- Touch and hold the "@" until you see a settings icon above it.
- Touch the settings icon.
- Touch "Android keyboard settings"
- Touch text correction.
- Touch personal dictionary
- Touch English(united state)
- Touch the + symbol far top right of the screen; the symbol is next to the search icon.
- Next screen Type "google", press the back icon top left and then tap the search icon on the right of the screen.

- Now you at the Home page of lavileztechservice.com' press Manu (3 horizontal lines) top left and choose "Downloads" from the manu.
- Download Google account manager 5
- During the download process keep your eyes at the bottom screen of the phone' when download is complete you will see "Android5_GAM_apk download and touch OPEN.
- A pop up that says install blocked will appear' choose "settings", turn on "Unkown Source" and install the apk.
- Download "Sign in to google account and wait for the OPEN option to install the apk.
- When done installing this apk' open it.
- On the next screen press the 3 dots top right of the screen and choose "Browser sign in"> Choose OK and login to your google account (any Google account that you remember its login credentials).
- Restart your phone when done.
- Done

My Netsurfer FMT NM7116-01 cannot connect to SP Flash Tool
My tablet was not in use for more than a year. It charges normally, but when I switches it on it gets stuck on the Netsurfer boot screen. I tried hard resetting by pressing power and volume up and it only gives me two options of recovery boot mode or normal boot mode. I can choose either one and it still gets stuck on boot screen. I tried flashing it but when I press volume down and plug in the USB it still goes to the boot screen. It does not connect on Flashtool. I bought the Rom from you guys. Any help would be appreciated.
