Hi. FRP (Factory Reset Protection) must have been activated on the Power Tab in question. This is a new Anti-Theft or theft deterrent feature found in Android Lollipop devices. If you are looping on the Google login, then the likely cause is that the Gmail credentials you are entering are either not correct or do not belong to the account that was Primary on the tablet. At this stage, only Vodacom (at one of their Vodashops) will be able to assist clearing the triggered FRP unfortunately.

Hi. Start here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/4644/Reset-Vodafone-Protect-Pin-Online-South-Africa and if that fails, hard reset your Samsung Galaxy J100 (J1). To hard reset the Samsung Galaxy J1 follow the below steps (the reset will also clear a lost or forgotten screen lock like pattern, pin or password).

  1. Press and hold the Power + Vol Up + Home
  2. Release when you see the Android robot image menu
  3. Short press the power the Power key to display the recovery menu
  4. Scroll down with Vol- to 'Wipe data/factory reset'
  5. Short press Power
  6. Scroll down with Vol- to 'Yes---delete all user data'
  7. Short press Power
  8. Short press Power when the wiping is completed.

Hey Bonna. Try to do: Settings > Apps > PlayApp > Clear Data > ... then reboot the phone and then retry and observe. Also, make sure the AG Chrome Vibe has the correct date and time set.

Hi. It seems some Telc-73giq will for some reasons refuse to budge. Can you advise the reason you are trying to perform a factory reset? I ask because if it is a strange behavior you are receiving, then we need to be sure it does not indicate firmware failure.

Hey Oko, Start off with wiping the Cache from the recovery menu (Press and hold the Power + Vol Up while the tab is off to access the recovery menu. If that does not help. then you will need to try a factory reset from the Settings app if you still can access that or from the recovery menu still. If that doe not help. Then you will need to try and have the tablet's firmware reloaded. Let us know.

Hi. First ensure you have the correct date and' time. The do: Settings > Apps > swipe to the 'All' tab > scroll to Google Play Store > tap Clear data > confirm... Locate Google Service Framework (Google Play Services in a similar manner > Clear Data (and Clear Cache)  ...and then reboot/restart the phone. Retry the Play Store and let us know. You may need to add a New
Google Account > Remove the old one > reboot > re-add the old and remove the new.
