Hey. Unfortunately, without the receipt, neither Mobicel nor your retailer will be willing to assist. Alternative to that will be to find a friend with the same device model that is functional - from which you would then take a backup to be used on your Mobicel Onyx. Otherwise, you may need to open it up and note down its system board ID and share that with us :(
