Hi. It does not seem like there is an official OS upgrade by Alcatel but there are some available custom ROMs modded for 4016X (Alcatel OT PIXI2) you could try. One has a full tutorial on a 5.0 Lillipop Custom Rom installation here http://fullandroid.org/alcatel-one-touch-pixi-2/
