Hi. We mean to advise in depth thereon shortly. Edit: Assuming that your friend either has also been able to successfully connect to the same network in the past or has followed the same recommended course of obtaining authentication for the WiFi service. If you therefore have nothing to suspect your mobile devices' end or courses of connection taken, then I will suggest you phone TM's support again in hope to find a different rep who might be more clued than the former to hopefully account on how the same error could occur on two different user-end systems (assuming you guys did not use the same SIM card) and it still be maintained to be a non-carrier issue. At the end of the day, this error code points to an issue with the URL used to access the WiFi service authentication/access application by your SIM/device - something that could be carrier related.
