Please get a needle or any pin that can fit in the hole below power button to press the button inside that hole, doing so will not delete your data but will free your tablet from freezing, just press and hold then release when you see the screen goes blank. Let me know if further assistance is needed or if this method does not work, I have a Verssed Motion E1.1 myself.

The last time I checked, an Android powered device needed to be turned both on and active on a network to be able to respond to remote commands Even an alarm app could not be set to turn on the Android device it is installed onto at a predefined time unlike most feature phones and other platforms. Hi. No sound at all most of all? If you can, remove the battery and then (with the Dixon still connected to the computer via USB), install the battery and listen for any sound coming from your "computer speakers" not the phone. You have W360, W5100 or a different Dixon Smartphone?

Hi' look top right of you tab screen if there is headphone/earphone icon.
If the icon is there then it is hardware related issues' try this
Solution 1. Insert and remove your earphones several times or until the icon disappear.
Solution 2. Insert your earphones, restart/reboot your tablet by pressing the reset button in the pin hole and then remove the earphones when the screen goes black.
Solution 3. Hard reset your tablet to factory default.
This can coursed by any liquid related went inside the earphone port.

This can be fixed by clearing cache. Launch Settings > Apps > swipe to All tab > scroll to and tap Phone > tap Clear cache > confirm... Reboot the Mobicel Onyx. Then retry using the phone app to check your balance and observe. Let us know if the issue persist.
