It sounds like hardware related issues, according to the details you gave. Either contact your phone maker or visit any phone repairshop. Yes you could try a software reload but it sadly does not seem like the model's firmware is posted publicly online at moment.

Hi. What you can do is to try wipping the cache partition either from recovery mode or using a Google Play app called 'App Cache Cleaner'. Then manually reboot/restart the tablet. Disable data connection > reboot again and observe. Let us know.
